We couldn't have wished to find better day and overnight care for our small dog Simba. Emma is always friendly, approachable and professional.
Simba is quite a timid and sensitive dog and after a few settling in visits returns from daycare with a happy disposition. He comes home from his overnight stays with Becca and her family full of bounce and energy having enjoyed the cosy family atmosphere and kindness shown to him such as when he took fright in a particularly noisy thunder storm!
We have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Pet Care.
Surrey Pet Care has been the answer to all our prayers. After leaving London we were desperate to find good Doggy day care for our beloved Staffy, Poppy.
As a valued member of our family, we wanted to make sure Poppy was as happy as she had been with our London dog care.
I looked at several dog walkers and doggy daycare and as soon as I found Emma and Surrey Pet Care I knew we'd found the right place.
Since day one, Poppy has bounded off happily in the morning and comes home content and tired. Our working and social life is quite erratic and Emma is always helpful in accommodating, even at late notice and weekends. I can relax in the knowledge my dog will be looked after with caring and professional staff.
I am kept updated when away on business with a fabulous FaceBook page with videos and photos and seeing Poppy play with others so happily really helps long work trips as I can relax knowing all is well at home. Emma is a true gem and we couldn't recommend both her and Surrey Pet Care enough.
Emma has been providing day care and boarding for Cocoa for almost four years now. Emma is absolutely brilliant with Cocoa. She gets very excited as soon as she sees Emma - so we know she is very happy to be with her, which is a huge comfort to us.
We found it quite hard to leave Cocoa for the first time, but Emma made it easier by emailing a photo of her having a great time with Emma's own dogs.
I really can't recommend Emma highly enough, and don't know what we would do without her!
We have known Emma for 3 years from when she first walked our Springer Spaniel. Barley was not keen on other dogs and we really appreciated that Emma understood this and would make special provision for her to have some quiet time when she day boarded with her. When we lost Barley and felt ready for another dog, it was Emma's opinion we valued when choosing another breed. We had a fairly good idea what type of dog would fit in well but appreciated Emma's input as we knew she would be spending a lot of time with our new puppy.
When Tiptoe arrived, Emma came to meet her so we could agree the 'rules' on how not to let a very charming puppy completely run the household. Emma's experience with socialising and training dogs is such that it is, with confidence we sent Tiptoe off to Emma's, knowing she will be played with and cared for but perhaps just as importantly, not allowed to run riot. The fact that Tiptoe has grown up happy, confident and bold in new situations and with new dogs is due, in no small measure, to the care and training she has had from Emma since she was 8 weeks old.
Emma is unfailingly punctual, reliable, kind and dedicated and has a real love for and understanding of animals. She and her family have put a huge amount of effort into running her business professionally and I am glad to see her rewarded with a dedicated client base. Her understanding of dog behaviour is such that the group of dogs she looks after all get on. A visit to her house is always enjoyable, to see dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes happily interacting is due to her skill in handling them and accommodating their particular needs.
When Emma arrives Tiptoe runs to the door to greet her. This means that when we go to work we don't feel guilty, indeed I often wish I could go with Tiptoe to Emma's rather than go to work ! Tiptoe likes pretty much everyone but has a special howly 'song' for greeting those she likes most - the fact that Emma is serenaded when she arrives tell me all I need to know about leaving her with Emma.

Emma has been walking our two dogs (a large Golden Retriever and a small Jack Russell), on the days we are not able to be at home, for over three years now.
She is warm, friendly, reliable, knows everything there is to know about dogs and our two just love her.
James and I feel very lucky to have discovered Emma for care of our Basset Hound dog Hudson. We discovered Surrey Pet Care by pure chance on a Google search, and are so glad we did.
Emma is reliable, friendly and conscientious. She is exactly the sort of reassuring person you want to entrust your beloved pet to. She goes out of her way to provide a five star service and is full of practical knowledge and tips - James and I have benefited enormously from her canine experience and wisdom.

Surrey Pet Care provide a 5* service. Logan is collected in the morning and dropped off again in the evening. He has also stayed over. They are so reliable and flexible that I have complete peace of mind while I am at work and don’t need to worry even if I am delayed getting home.
I feel very lucky to have them looking after my dog and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
